Pathways to Success.
Our key strength is its close geographical ties and dedication to working with disadvantaged communities. We view our schools as a collaborative hub, sharing resources and solving problems together while responding to local needs. Our growth model focuses on expanding efficiently and economically, either by adding schools to our existing family or establishing new hubs, while maintaining our inclusive, community-focused values. Joining schools receive tailored improvement support, including CPD for staff and leadership deployment. All schools benefit from a strong central offer and access to our professional services.
Collective Purpose & Strategic Plan
The strategic work of the Trust is underpinned by a cohesive plan structured under four clear priority areas which ensures the organisation has a clear collective purpose to drive improvements at scale.
1: Deliver an exceptional, inclusive educational experience
2: Optimise and embed strong systems to secure improvements at scale
3: Invest in our teams
4: Deliver educational, financial and operational sustainability
School Improvement at Scale
Our approach to school improvement has been developed to support leaders in identifying, at both local and trust level, where there are strengths and areas for development, using a blend of internal systems, and external experts. This enables the Trust to proactively facilitate the sharing of best practice, to deploy strategic support as required and to drive effective collaboration to secure improvement at pace.
