    Staff can log issues via our centralised helpdesk system, where our technicians triage and respond promptly, based on the priority level and impact.

    We follow rigorous data protection protocols, including multi-factor authentication, extensive backups, secure user access, and compliance with GDPR and DfE cyber security guidance.

  • Do you provide support for classroom technologies?

    Our team install and maintain all classroom technology including interactive whiteboards, AV equipment, as well as software and cloud platforms used for teaching and assessment.

IT Support


Our friendly MSP offers responsive support to resolve day-to-day IT issues for staff and students. From connectivity to devices and classroom tech, our team of technicians are on hand to provide prompt assistance and reduce downtime.

Device Management


We manage the lifecycle of all devices - including procurement, configuration, repairs, and replacements. We work with blue chip vendors to ensure that staff and students always have access to reliable and up-to-date equipment.

Network & Infrastructure 


We maintain and develop the digital infrastructure across all schools, ensuring fast, secure, and reliable connectivity, including Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN, switching infrastructure and server management.

Cloud Services & Digital Integration


We support the adoption and use of cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, helping our academies move towards collaborative, secure and accessible learning environments. We work tirelessly to ensure that our Trust systems are standardised, integrated and provide value for our academies. 

Cyber Security 


We work with specialist providers so that our systems follow best practices in cyber security, including secure login protocols, data backups, 2FA, firewalls, and compliance with GDPR and DfE requirements to keep user data safe.

Strategic Planning & Digital Development


We work with senior leaders to shape digital strategies that align with the Trust vision, taking into account external advice, such as the ‘Meeting Digital Standards for Schools and Colleges’ framework, and recommending future-ready technologies and supporting digital transformation projects so that our learners are prepared digital citizens.
