Our comprehensive programme ensures that all staff and governors involved in recruitment are equipped to recognise and mitigate potential safeguarding risks. This training supports schools in making informed hiring decisions that prioritise the safety and wellbeing of students at every stage.

Proactive Safeguarding Culture Across All Schools

Safeguarding children is deeply embedded in every aspect of school life across our Trust. Through robust policies, regular audits, and clear reporting procedures, we ensure it remains a consistent and uncompromising priority. Our proactive approach fosters a culture where staff, students, and parents are informed, confident, and empowered to raise concerns and take action to keep children safe.

Following Safeguarding Best Practices for Our Pupils .

We believe that safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility, and together we are dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive environment where children can learn, grow, and succeed.
