Our Estates team ensures that every school environment is safe, functional and inspiring - allowing students and staff to thrive. We manage a diverse estate of both primary and secondary academies that range from modern construction to pre-1900, tailoring our approach to meet each setting’s unique needs while maintaining high standards across the Trust.

    We use a centralised system to track and manage all statutory compliance requirements. Our Estates team conducts regular audits and works closely with site teams to ensure that health and safety measures are consistently met or exceeded.

  • Can academies request support for specific improvement projects?

    Yes. Our Estates team collaborates closely with each school to identify needs, develop project plans, and manage the delivery of upgrades and refurbishments that enhance the learning environment.

  • How does the Estates team support sustainability goals?

    We are actively working on reducing the Trust’s environmental footprint through energy-saving initiatives, efficient waste management, and sustainable procurement practices. We also guide schools in applying for green funding opportunities.

Facilities Management

Our dedicated site teams oversee the daily running of our schools, delivering cleaning, security, grounds maintenance, and minor repairs to a consistently high standard. We ensure every learning environment is safe, clean and fully operational.

Compliance and Health & Safety

We manage all statutory testing, risk assessments, and health and safety audits in line with DfE and HSE guidelines. Our centralised oversight guarantees consistency and peace of mind across the Trust.

Capital Projects and Refurbishments

From new classroom builds to full-scale renovations, we handle the design, tendering and delivery of all major projects. We also support schools in developing estate strategies and securing funding through CIF and other capital bids.
