Michael is an experienced Head of IT with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He has worked with both private and public sector organisations but specialises in the education sector. Michael is an ITIL-qualified leader who is dedicated to providing an exceptional service to his customers. With a wealth of experience in the field, he is well-equipped to handle the IT-related challenges that come his way. His primary responsibilities are ensuring all IT contractual obligations are met including with third parties, managing regulatory compliance including in areas such as DfE digital and technology standards, managing the end-to-end local and remote IT services, as well as identifying efficiencies to help local leaders best manage their IT budgets. He works for our managed IT service partner, Primary ICT Support Ltd.

 

Outside of work, Michael is married with two young daughters and a cat named Rambo. He is currently helping to renovate their home and trying to build his portfolio of DIY skills.
